It's 2 elegant boxes, 4 dvd each; design by Michi Himeno. It's the complete collection of 40 episodes of THE ROSE OF VERSAILLES animation series. This is the first time that we have this anime with optional English Subtitles. Video quality is NTSC, perfect, just like any original japanese edition but it also offers the subtitles in English.

VIDEO/AUDIO QUALITY: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, NTSC DOLBY DIGITAL. Subtitles in English are selectable from the main menu and they are available for the episodes (the translation is very well done) and also for the songs of the opening and ending themes.

Here you can see the design inside the boxes. This edition has been made for exporting purposes in Singapore so texts on the covers are written in English and the menus are written in double language, English and chinese mandarin. The important thing is that you find English everywhere. You are free to move without problems. The region code is 3: if you don't know what it means, contact me: the modern players are usually able to play multiregion discs, no matter which country you are from... anyway, i repeat, if you think you have doubts, write to me. The important thing is that this is an officially licensed edition. Not a personal work. So you can expect for the best quality ever.
